A safe space for playing with sexual energy

Hello everyone and welcome to this blog.

It’s about sexualitiy, in a loving, fun and healthy way. Sexual energy has been repressed a lot on this planet. People think it’s bad, beceause of old believe systems. There’s a big change you’re surpressing at least some of your sexual energy too. Maybe your curch or your parents told you sex is a bad thing. Maybe you’ve experienced some form of abuse. Maybe you think it’s something that animals do and more evolved, or spiritual people don’t.

While actualy this is a very healthy and very essential energy. It’s our life force energy that flows through our bodies, keeping it healthy and alive. Have you ever seen someone, a happy person, with the bright shiny eyes? That light in their eyes, that’s sexual energy!

Sexual energy is not only our fuel for life, it’s also our creative energy. When we feel ourselves totally loaded with this energy, it’s easy to create, it will just float from you. You can picture the creative power of sexual energy when you think of the most complicated thing that humans can create… another human.

In this blog I like to share my insights about sexual energy. I have discoverd that it can really change your life when you accept yourself as a sexual being. I found amazing things you can do with sexual energy, you can create, heal and play with it, and it’s a lot of fun.
